Does anyone know if there is a place where I can try yoga for free before I spend money on a class and end up not liking it. Thanks

buy a yoga dvd at dollar tree and try it that's what i did when i wanted to try pilates. i still have the dvd and bought a few others to do the workouts at home. it works wonders and saves money too

it kicked my but in my abdominals more than taebo does. right now i use taebo to stretch out and pilates to do the strength and core training. pilates is not about the quantity of the move you do but of the moves quality it's fun but hard at first.
