If you are interested in trying you hand at making kombucha tea, I have cultures to help you along the way. The only thing I ask is that your inquires are serious and that you don't string things out. I'm doing this as a service, please treat it as such. If none of this is too daunting I would be more than happy to tell you everything I know of this wonderful creature and even share some of my own bottling fare, cheers! Alan |
