I am starting to get back into my exercise and eating right, now that I have some more free time, and I wanted some suggestions (please) on what people use and like. SparkPeople is great for the emotional support (lots of friends on there) but I don't like their fitness tracker b/c you have to estimate your exercise, like choose "17 minute mile" and then say you ran 30 minutes or whatever, or choose "21 minute mile" and say you ran 30 minutes (does this make sense?). Anyway, I don't know what my rate is, or anything, I just want to put the distance I ran and the time it took me to do it, it seems difficult to calculate on SparkPeople. Any tips on other good fitness trackers to use, and also diet trackers that show what calories are actually in things? I've seen a lot of difference between different ones I've used, some are 50 or even 100's of calories different for foods!
Help, please?
