I bought my RED WIGGLERS on the internet. They are compost eating, worm casing producing fools!
Really, it's fun to watch them come up to the surface when you put new stuff on their pile. Piggish little buggers! They do a great job.

You might try going to a bait shop. They sell worms for fishing. |

There's a guy at the Saturday Farmer's market that has worms. The early bird gets the worm, you know.....
