I recently noticed a new crop of dates at the supermarket, so I thought I would add this to the forum. Stuffed Dates 24 dates with pits removed 4 ounces cream cheese at room temperature zest of one orange 1/4 tsp cinnamon Blend cream cheese, orange zest and cinnamon in a bowl. Fill the pitted dates with a small amount of cream cheese filling. Refridgerate until served. These can be assembled in advance or the filling made a day or so ahead of time. This allows the flavors to blend. |
