Post subject:  Fresh Lime Salsa

I got this recipe off the back of a bag of Mission Cilantro Lime tortilla chips. I made it and it tasted so refreshing I thought I would share.

Fresh Lime Salsa
1 large ripe red tomato, diced
8 medium tomatillos (about 8 oz.) husked, rinsed and chopped
1/4 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp grated lime juice
1 Tbsp lime juice

Mix all ingredients together in a nonmetal bowl. Can be made ahead, covered and refridgerated up to four hours.
