 Post subject: baking for only 2 people

checked out from the library the book "small batch baking" and it is really fantastic. now i can make chocolate chip cookies and not have to be eating them for the next week since the recipe only makes 8 cookies. i haven't tried the small cakes or pies yet but am looking forward to trying it. :-)
