My sister made this cake for the holiday it so moist. You can ice it with the cream cheese icing but I think it ruins it. It is so moist it doesn't need the extra. Pineapple Cake 2 Eggs 2 Cup sugar 1 ( no. 303) Can crushed pineapple DO NOT DRAIN 2 tsp. soda 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup pecans ( optional) 2 cups flour Mix all together. Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake for 40 minutes. If your oven bakes hot lower the temp. for it has a tendency to burn in the oven is to hot. So easy- just mix and bake! YUM... |
