Take peeled cucumber and slice lengthwise. Set back in fridge to chill while making the tuna salad.
Use 2 cans of tuna in water, drained. Mix with mayo until lightly coated (too much makes it soggy). Add diced celery, diced onion, diced green pepper & pickle relish (dill or sweet, whichever you prefer). Then add celery salt to taste. Once all mixed then stuff into chilled cucumber halves.
You could probably use a chicken salad mix with this too.
This is a nice refreshing and light lunch/or dinner my family enjoys during the summer.
Fruit salad goes nicely as a side dish for this.
