Riight wanted more recipes...well here you go...

PJ: This is more of a winter meal, but this cold weather might make it okay
It's a good recipe when you are tired of beef and chicken and it's easy, but you need a crockpot

2C frozen hashbrowns (shredded or crumbled patties work best)
1Tbl margarine
1C cooked ham, diced
1can whole kernel corn
1can cream style corn
2C milk
1C chopped onion (I hate onions, so I leave this out)
1C smoked sausage, diced (I use frozen sausage links thawed in the microwave and then chopped in the food processor)
1can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all in a crock pot. Cook on low for 4 to 41/2 hours
Great with saltine crackers or jalapeno corn bread.

Some people have told me it sounds yucky, but as soon as they try it they love it.
