GO TO http://www.joycesfinecooking.com/ There are tons and tons of awesome recipes!

Here's a snack that I make! Serve them with Ritz or Wheathins... yummy!!

Easy Cheese Ball

2 pkg of cream cheese
2 pkg of chipped beef (Those 25 cent packages)
Accent Salt to taste

Cream Cheese at room temp or nuke it for 30 seconds.
Dice up Chipped Beef. (I stack both together and just cut all the way across then turn my cutting board and do the same to make little cubes.)
Then just mix them together, add the accent salt (I just shake some on the meat before putting it in then a little more before I dig in.)

Want more of my favorites? Email me and I'll give you my website address to check out some others....

Another good site is www.allrecipes.com

They even have a tool where you can put in ingredients you want or don't want and it will find recipes that fit. It's very handy when you're low on certain items. It's under the "more searches" option.

This is a great recipe site. I have used several recipes here. In fact, I am making lemon curd tarts for Easter dessert at the inlaws, with candied violets for garnish that we just finished candying ourselves. It was pretty easy and a fun project!

My favourite is recipezaar.com. Usually the ratings are very reliable, and you can get useful tips from the reviews.
