If you want a different dip try this.It tastes alot better than it sounds. Mexican Corn Dip 2 Cups Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Can whole kernal corn drained 1 Can Mexican corn drained 4 oz. pepperjack cheese,shredded 1/4 Cup chopped green onions 1 Can chopped green chilies 1 Jalapeno pepper chopped 3/4 Cup mayonnaise 3/4 Cup sour cream, 1/8 tsp sugar In large bowl combine the first seven ingredients. In small bowl combine the mayonaise,sour cream and sugar. Stri into corn mixture.Cover and refridgerate overnite.Serve with tortilla chips. |
