Okay, please bear in mind that I measure absolutely nothing in this. It is all to taste.

2 bricks of cream cheese
small white onion
small green pepper
either 1 package Armour dried beef or 1 package Buddig's beef

Cut up dried beef with scissors into small bits. I usually cut lengthwise & then cut the strips into thirds.

Slice a few rings of white onion & dice.

Dice green pepper

Soften cream cheese in microwave and mix in all ingredients. Warm in microwave again. It can be served cold but it is easier to spread when warmed up.

My mom used to bake hers but I prefer the microwave.

Serve with crackers.

I made this dip last night for some folks I was having in. They (and I) totally loved it! Easy to make too. I heated it up in the microwave and then stuck it in a small crock pot. I am not sure they even needed crackers - I actually thought I saw some of them just eating it off a spoon! Thanks for sharing this - I love easy to do - impressive tasting things!

OMG Gern, YUMMMY...This is great! I'm making it now to take along as a secondary dish for Easter Dinner for snacking before :) ! I'm doing like Motormouthe and sticking in a crockpot after microwaving.
My question for ya'll....Who didn't lick their fingers before they washed them when they made a mess!?!

Glad you all enjoyed. I told my mom (since it is her recipe) earlier this evening and I could tell she was pleased that people liked it

It made her day!
