I had these at a barbeque
Take Jalapeno's slit and deseed if you like.Just fill with cream cheese and
close.Wrap with a piece of bacon, secure with toothpick and put
on a hot grill. The ones I had were cooked on a real hot grill, made the
peppers almost black. But so easy and so good!

I made these Sunday! YUM! and yum again. Thank you for the inspiration. I actually used several different types of peppers ( and different colors) I also got creative and mixed sausage into some of the cheese. I wonder why you couldn't make them to a point, then freeze them for later.

When I plant peppers of all kinds, mid summer I gather all I can in
my shirt and throw them on the grill. Then mix with tomatoes and any
other veggie in the garden.Cook down and you have one spicy sauce.
We call it "The Hot Smokey Sauce". Can it up and you have a great
hot wing sauce.

We need to coordinate our gardens so we can do trades

I know swapmeet is a place where people can post their extra harvest but how does everyone feel about having a produce trade on the recipe forum? If we do a trade then everyone can get a bigger variety of fresh produce and since it is trading, that means less $$$ out of pocket! Then we can post recipes depending on what yummy items we are trading for.

Now I suppose all of you will want a new Gardening Forum to coordinate planting schedules, exchange gardening tips, composting tips and what-not with one another. Is that right?
