20 large headless shrimp
10 slices bacon
barbeque seasoning, to taste

Clean, peel and devein the shrimp. (leave the last section of the tail) Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick.
Place shrimp in a foil lined pan. Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning to taste; turn and sprinkle second side. Cover and refriderate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The bacon should be crisp, and the shrimp pink and tender.

YUMMY!

great recipe, on the border used to have an entree very similar. The only difference were the method of cooking and they would stuff a very small piece of a jalapeno cut length ways, like a little bean sprout. Just butterfly the shrimp more when you are deveining. They put 3 at a time on skewers, and sauteed them in a garlic parilla butter on each side for about a min. HIGH heat you want the bacon to cook as well as the shrimp. Great dish.

I may have worked there to know this much about the food?
