Inglourious Basterds = Alternate universe version of Nick Fury and the Howling Commandos minus the stubby cigar with Quentin Tarantino's usual idea of violence and gore.

QT has my vote. He continues to make and sell movies that SUCK. What a genius. I donated my hard earned money knowing when I walked in the door it was going to suck. I donated just the same and was rewarded with confirmation that I was 100% correct. Tarrantino hasn't made a good movie since Pulp Fiction.

NEIN! NEIN! NEIN! NEIN! /pounds fist/

Chrstoph Waltz was brilliant. It had Nazis. It had explosions. Hitler and the Nazi high command get killed by a jewess. Very popular with OSBs.

I have just seen the film Adventureland. Here is my review.

It was A Bit Meh.

If anyone would like links to see any of these fine films, send me a PM.

I am going to step out of my usual practice of reviewing only films and will now review the Television series "Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia".

For a TV series, it is FUCING ACE. By far the best TV show at the moment. Something primetime television needs. Now if the blonde would just get her ---- out, the show would be perfect. Next up, my review of the film 9.

Zombieland

This film is SOMEWHAT ACE. The cameo by Bill Murray gave it at least an extra half-star.

37 years after the film Deliverence was made, I have finally seen it.

Here is my spot on review:

It was QUITE ACE.

That kid with the banjo....Image ,Burt Reynolds crying like a pussy, Ned Beatty's teeth (almost as bad as the ----), my wife, who thought they were filming in Puget Sound, Washington (Image), that BAD --- station wagon in the beginning of the film, how freakin young they all looked...all of these things made watching this film very enjoyable. I am very proud of myself for never once wanting to go to Georgia or on a canoe trip. Neither makes much sense to me. This is a recommended film.

Being from Georgia myself, I have to say that those were some of the finer upper class professional woodsmen who were trying to help those fine hunters get back to the highway. And that banjo player, whooooo wheeeeee, the finest picker you ever did see.
He grageated from the same school as the original Jethro. The fake Jethro is supposed to be from Kentucky and moved to Bev ur Lee.

Found this while on patrol earlier.

That kid was a fine banjo player. Had a few bit parts in other stuff, usually playing the banjo. Talk about typecasting yourself. John Voight said this of the lad:
Quote:
"[Billy]was a boy who had a genetic imbalance – a product of his mother and his brother, I think. He was quite amazing, a very talkative fellow."

Now for my review of the film Saw.

It was ---- ACE. Excellent fillum, great twist at the end. Im having a pass at the rest of the series though, as Ive heard they are no match for the original. Deffo a good film for the Halloween season.

Other Halloween recommendations are....

The House of 1000 Corpses (which recieves a ---- ACE rating)
um...hold on I know some good ones....er. OK, so I cant think right now. Stay tuned to this thread just in case I get my memory jogged by something.

Now, for a joke.

I saw a man stealing a bush the other day.

I didnt say anything in case he took a fence.

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIYOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I will now review the television series Spaced

MOST ACE. Havent seen it in a while but sat straight through series 1 glued to my desk last night. A must watch if you like Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Jessica Stevenson and Edgar Wright (Shawn of the Dead, Hot Fuzz). Here is a link to watch both series 1 and 2. Dont worry, its completely legal:
