From the BBC:
Quote:
A football referee has been suspended for allegedly being drunk while officiating a league game in Belarus.

It was thought at first that Sergei Shmolik, 43, was suffering from back pain. However tests in hospital later revealed that he had high levels of alcohol in his system.

I love how he waves to the fans and claps as he walks off.

I thought it was a requirement for referees to be drunk during football league games?

He wasn't drunk. His little slice of the world was tilted that day. I'll bet when he drove home his car pulled left also.
