Mr Boniface: ["It's the Mind: A Weekly Magazine of Things Psychiatric"] Good evening. Tonight on "It's the Mind", we examine the phenomenon of déjà vu, that strange feeling we sometimes get that we've lived through something before, that what is happening now has already happened tonight on "It's the Mind" we examine the phenomenon of déjà vu, that strange feeling we sometimes get that we've...

Mr Boniface: Good... good evening. Tonight on "It's the Mind", we examine the phenomenon of d-d-d-d-d-déjà v-v-v-v-v-vu. That extraordinary feeling... quite extraordinary...
[trails off; the phone rings and he picks it up]
Mr Boniface: No, fine thanks, fine.
[a hand reaches in and sets a glass on the desk; Boniface drinks and the hand exits]
Mr Boniface: Oh thank you. That strange feeling we sometimes get that we've lived through something before.

Mr Boniface: No, fine thank you, fine.
[hand comes in as before; he jumps]
Mr Boniface: Thank you. That strange feeling we...

Mr Boniface: No, fine thank you, fine.

Mr Boniface: Thank you.
[jumps and yelps]
Mr Boniface: Look, something's happening to me. I-I-um, I think I'd better go and see someone. Good night.
[exits and boards the psychiatrist milk float outside]
Milkman: Oi, haven't I seen you somewhere before?
Mr Boniface: No, doctor, no. Something very funny's happening to me.
["It's the Mind" opening titles again, then back to Boniface in the studio, nervously biting his nails. He sees the camera, screams with terror, and runs outside to the float]
Milkman: Oi, haven't I seen you somewhere before?
Mr Boniface: No, doctor, no. Something very funny's happening to me.
[a few minutes later, outside Dr Cream's office, Boniface jumps off and runs inside]
Dr Cream: Ah, come in. Now what seems to be the matter?
Mr Boniface: I have this terrible feeling of déjà vu.
[outside, he jumps off the float, looks about, puzzled, and runs inside]
Dr Cream: Ah, come in. Now, what seems to be the matter?
Mr Boniface: I have this terrible feeling of déjà vu.
[outside, he jumps off the float, more shaken, and runs in]
Dr Cream: Ah, come in. Now what seems to be the matter?
Mr Boniface: I have this terrible feeling of déjà vu.
[outside, he jumps off the float, looks about, scared, and runs inside as the show ends]

I do not like this tobacconist. It is broke.

And now for something completely different...

My original post here is copied and pasted on the next post down. So, I will alter it, and make everyone feel better! I like V.W. Beetles, I like the Beatles, loved Janis Joplin and Jimi Hendrix, but Bob Dylan is my favorite, well, Joan Baez is right up there too, along with Gracie Slick! I don't like ice cream though.

Christ on a pogo stick, Eliza. We get it. You don't like Bobaloo. Can you stop beating a dead horse already?

Do you even understand the difference between wait staff and a counter worker? It doesn't sound like you've ever worked in the "food service" business. When is the last time you tipped at the McDonald's drive thru?

ever just want to scream at an annoying person who doesn't know when to STFU, but you can't due to various reasons? Jeez, it is frustrating.

Figured this was a good place to do it.

STFU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whew, that's better.

The best part of Halloween is we can rant and rave, get it all out! People will just think we're pretending to be wicked witches! (Why can't anyone understand PMS or menopause? It's just not fair!) :enraged:

I don't think you quite get the concept of Halloween.

My "rant" had nothing to do with Halloween, witches (although I love witches) and had nothing to do with PMS or menopause - just an annoying person who doesn't know when to quit.

Gazza - hope you get that checked out.

Well Radcliff, I am sorry if you had a bad day yesterday! Sometimes people are just misunderstood, and yes a good scream would help! I hope today is better! But Gazza, that was still an icky thing to say - but since it's an off topic thread, hope your Halloween was fun! :howdy:

Ah, yes, Halloween. It isn't about the real meaning but it is a time when females of all ages can dress up or down and go out in public wearing or not wearing clothes they normally wouldn't be caught dead in. Men or boys can cross dress and or wear makeup without having their sexuality questioned. And the crazies, well, they can mill around in public without question. Sounds like a good time to me.

Oh, sorry everyone, I meant gentiles.

Not sure what it is. Might be scurvy. At least they kept the kids away last night.

EDIT: Does anyone know how to treat gentiles? They dont seem to be responding to the leeches.
