Have any suggestions on keeping the dogs warm this winter? I have two puppy jack russells. One is 10 weeks old now and the other is 2 years old now. They are outside dogs. I want to keep them comfortable when it gets cold. Their dog house is not insulated. Any suggestions. Last winter I brought the older one inside, but now that we have two?

thanks

a friend of mine used a heat lamp enclosed in a wooden type box at the top of the doghouse....not sure the details, or if plexiglass, glass or mesh was used also....I be tthe humane society folks would give you some ideas, you might give them a call...and yes, straw bales, and a flap on the front door~
