Now that the SLT is nearing completion does anyone have any insight on the possibility of a Quick Shop type of store going up anywhere between 23rd/Haskell and 31st/Iowa? Seems like it would be a no-brainer for someone with the funds to put one along that route since that's a mighty long stretch to go without a gas pump. Don't tell me about the BP station because trying to get to that store is a terribly long trip going through parking lots and alleyway style roads. Which puts the next option at 23rd/Iowa. In today's world that is just too darned inconvenient.
