The workshop, which covers basic topics a potential first time home buyer would want to know, is free and open to the public. It will also provide information on any first time buyer programs that may lessen the cost of down payment or home prices for income qualified buyers. If qualifying for such a program, a buyer needs to attend a certified home buyer class and receive a certificate of attendance. This workshop will issue certificates of attendance.
