Hey I have a Dell Laptop. It's missing about 8 screws...anyone have some laying around? |

You'll probably need to be more specific as there are several screws on a computer that are of all different shapes and sizes. Is this is back thumbscrew? a screw to hold drives in place? a screw to hold you're slot cards in place, hold the motherboard in place? Connect a fan? There all different types of screws. Most computer shops if you go in and ask them will *usually* give you the screw you need for free or sell you a pack of 4 or 8 for a dollar or so. I have a bag full of computer/electronics screws, but honestly going to a specialty store with a copy of the exact screw you need will get you the best results. I don't know of any stores in Lawrence or Topeka as I've only lived here for a few months, but any big chains you'll have no luck with. Radioshack *might* get you results. |
